If you accept a new pancreas made out of sugar that you’re at the right address. And now you mention it, making Batman cute is a kind of…strange (muscled, grown men in funny outfits..) but I’m glad you like my stuff! :)

So how long does it take you to make the animations? Do you actually redraw each frame?
The time depends on how complicated and detailed the animation is. Sometimes I work all day on one animation (sometimes several days but that’s rare for small animations like you see on my blog), but if the characters are simple than I can finish it in a couple hours.
And yes, I redraw each frame because I don’t like the way it looks if I don’t. It looks weird and stiff, but that’s probably because I fail at it. However redrawing each frame is very tiring, so the further I get in the animation, the crappier the frames look, haha.

what software do you use for animation?
You can either just draw all the frames in any program you like and put them together into Animation Shop or use TvPaint. But I’m sure of it that there are serveral more animation programs (I just don’t know them).
